Job Title: Corporate Legal Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and safeguarding our company's legal interests across all operations.

About the Role
  • Manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide expert legal advice to internal teams, supporting decision-making and ensuring alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and intellectual property laws, as well as excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to problem-solve and think critically, you will be proficient in MS Office and able to maintain organized records and draft standardized policies.

Requirements
  • LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and intellectual property laws
