As a National Account Manager - Elevators & Escalators, you will be responsible for managing and developing national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs, and providing insights on market changes. You will define and achieve value-add for customers and Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing and product development.


• Develop relationship-led business and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products and services with customers.


• Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.


• Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues.


• Provide Key Account tailored reporting.

What you need:

For the National Account Manager - Elevators & Escalators position, Schindler seeks people with:

Expertise Desired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years.

Knowledge and Skills Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry – products, Key Account Management, Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills, English skills.

Customer oriented behavior. Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) & MBA (preferred)
