Key Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, responsible, and a quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- This role includes providing technical support to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and on-site visits.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving product defects, collecting data for after-sales support, and reporting to the leader.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
- Strong communication skills with fluent English;
- Ability to travel 50% or more per year.
