Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our organization.

You will be part of a dynamic IT team, responsible for supporting the wider business with reporting, testing, and maintenance of software and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the wider business with reporting, including testing and maintenance of their software and implementing IT systems and applications.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tickets worked, including problem, solution, end user, initiation, completion time, and end user satisfaction.
  • Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group.

Essential Skills:

  • Previous help desk experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Excellent English speaking skills.
  • Windows Server (all versions).
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS.
  • Remote Support.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Good understanding of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience desirable but not necessary.

This is a senior role that reports directly to the IT Manager.
