Remote Technical Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled IT Professional to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in providing round-the-clock technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing systems within SLA timelines
- Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
- Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
- Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
- Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
- Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
- Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates
- Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications
- Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
