
Smartstream IDLM Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Smartstream Cash Management System (CMS) support specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and provide top-notch support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support for the CMS system, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve root causes of system issues.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Smartstream CMS and its related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle 19 SQL scripting and database concepts.
- Linux shell scripting and support experience.
- JBoss server configuration and support experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
