  • Assist customers in navigating device activation procedures, including the Dabba Lite onboarding process and interactions with local deployment partners.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots, including pricing and rewards systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to escalate leads and facilitate follow-up efforts.

This role operates on a 6-day-a-week schedule, requiring close collaboration with technical, product, and operations teams to track customer feedback and issue resolution.
