Job Opportunity

Your future role involves leading the EHS function on-site, ensuring the implementation of policies and continuous improvement of EHS results. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (operations, HR, medical partners), drive risk assessments, develop emergency plans, and much more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting site management in achieving top-tier EHS results
  • Driving the implementation of EHS policy and improvement plans
  • Mobilizing and coordinating teams to meet objectives
  • Ensuring EHS Risk Assessments are thoroughly conducted
  • Controlling subcontractor activities concerning EHS
  • Having the authority to halt operations in case of immediate risks

  • Engineering Degree and Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities
  • Proven experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing or automobile sector for minimum 15+ years
  • Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools
  • A certification in environmental management (desirable)
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
