EHS Director

Job Title: EHS Director - Sustainability Leader

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function across our sites. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing sustainable practices that minimize our environmental footprint while ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

As a seasoned EHS professional with extensive experience in managing site-based operations, you will be leading a team of dedicated specialists who are passionate about delivering world-class EHS results. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, conducting risk assessments, and implementing emergency response plans to mitigate potential hazards.

• Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and sustainability initiatives

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners

We are looking for an individual with:

• A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• At least 15 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
