Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Operations Executive to spearhead our manufacturing operations in India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the industrial division, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and operational staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, reduction, and continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • 11-15 years of experience in industrial operations or manufacturing management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in India, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with changes and developments.
