**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month
**Reports to**: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, soups, momos, spring rolls, Manchurian, etc.
- Maintain food presentation and portion control as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Monitor and manage food inventory, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Work efficiently to meet order timelines during busy hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new items.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chinese Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours, especially during peak time.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in regional Chinese styles such as Indo-Chinese, Sichuan, or Cantonese is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food costing and kitchen operations.
