  • Ensure the seamless operation of production lines and deliver high-quality products on time, meeting all production KPIs (Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery). You'll work closely with teams across the organization, fostering continuous improvement in processes and more.
  • Manage production teams, enforce safety rules, and represent site management towards employees, ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to safety standards.

We value passion and attitude over experience. While some skills are required, we're open to training the right candidate:

  • Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical (BE/B.Tech)
  • Minimum 13+ years of Experience in assembly operations, including 4+ years in a managerial role
  • Knowledge of production systems and continuous improvement processes
  • Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams
  • Flexible to work in shifts
