">We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Leader to spearhead our customer support team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, setting clear performance expectations, and conducting regular performance reviews.
">You will also be tasked with providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, ensuring timely response to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To excel in this role, you will need strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
">A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in customer service as a quality analyst, process trainer, or team leader is required. You must also possess a PG degree in any stream and have relevant digital exposure, including hands-on experience with MS Office.
">Compensation Package
">The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and development.
