Account Services Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Account Services Leader to join our team at DeltaX. This role involves developing strong client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering high-quality results. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, including strategy development, process improvement, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Account Services team in achieving business objectives
- Develop strategic plans to drive client engagement and account growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular progress meetings with clients and team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer service
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
