The Indian accounting organization supports various activities including accounting, financial reporting, internal control, inter company, transfer pricing, and new business launches.

We are currently seeking an experienced leader to head Financial Reporting for India. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of professional experience in financial accounting, reporting, and internal control related responsibilities.

This position involves significant interactions with senior finance and accounting leaders within Amazon globally. Key job responsibilities include leading the statutory and tax audits for all India entities, managing the financial reporting and compliance team, and staying current on regulatory changes.

The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and US GAAP, as well as excellent written communication skills. Experience working with Big 4 auditors is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
