**Responsibilities:

  • Drive collaboration between all parties involved to prioritize, schedule, and deliver on time and ensure flawless execution of the project.
  • Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal policies and policies relating to co-lending business.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations including disbursement, Repayment, Settlements to ensure timely and efficient delivery to the partners.
  • Manage multiple partners, follow up on open threads, and ensure timelines are met on reported issues and requirements.

**Requirements:

  • Sound understanding of different LMS construct with the ability to define the process with partners.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to approach a range of business problems analytically.
  • Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
  • Process orientation: Ability to improve processes through standardization and automation.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to do qualitative and quantitative deep dives on new and emerging tech trends.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to quickly build relationships and become a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary:** ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
