About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of financial statement preparation, month-close activities, and audit handling, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end R2R process including financial statement preparation, month-end activities, and audits.
  • Manage and oversee financial statement preparation ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Handle audits by preparing accurate documentation and providing support during internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain and monitor general ledger integrity and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the R2R process and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Requirements
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Articleship experience from Big 4 firms or reputed CA firms is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on knowledge of financial statement preparation, month-close activities, and audit handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
