Company Overview: Acko General Insurance Limited is a leading insurance company seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in IND AS compliance to manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per IND AS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per IND AS standards.
  • Maintain robust internal control systems to ensure data integrity and prevent errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Tax, and Treasury.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting.
  • Strong expertise in IND AS, including implementation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of automation tools is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
