Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting, with experience in fixed asset management and lease accounting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire process of fixed assets, from capitalization to disposal, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Perform lease accounting and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters.
  • Coordinate with local entities and outsourced activities to provide efficient service delivery.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial reports and other related matters.
  • SUPPORT transitions and knowledge transfer within the team.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report roles, preferably in a shared service function.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Asset accounting and reporting processes.
  • Experience with Project/WBS/IO creation, AUC settlements, capitalization, depreciation runs, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
