Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Live Connections. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all required local regulatory returns.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with country stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk, Data, IT, and the Business to ensure ongoing compliance in local regulatory reporting.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements and queries and provide necessary execution and consultation support.
  • Ensuring the operational efficiency, accuracy, and completeness of the reports are monitored with appropriate KPIs.
  • Establishing robust governance and controls for the reporting process, including data quality monitoring and operational control.
  • Leveraging technology and automation tools to streamline reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding and articulating country-specific regulatory requirements, including Basel Framework (Basel II, III, and IV), capital/liquidity/FRR metrics computation, and methodologies.
  2. Correlating banking products and country-specific business context to local regulatory reporting.
  3. Translating relevant regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements.
  4. Sourcing and managing report quality and operational control, including expected data quality monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a regulatory compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Basel Framework.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
