About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to drive the sales of industrial lubricants within the cement industry in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an understanding of cement industry operations, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers at cement plants.

This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets to increase market share for our industrial lubricants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial lubricants, cement industry products, or B2B sales in technical sectors.
  • Experience working with cement plant operations, maintenance, or heavy machinery is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants and their applications in heavy industries, particularly the cement sector, is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct technical product demonstrations and explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is approximately ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additional perks include petrol allowance and quarterly performance incentives.
