Sales Specialist Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist - Power Tools based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in day-to-day sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, offering training to customers, and driving business growth through effective sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers about our products and their applications.
  • Manage sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and sales management, preferably in the industrial equipment sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of power tools and industrial equipment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range:

Rupees 8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and performance.
