Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at UE Systems, promoting Condition Monitoring Systems & Services across India. As a key representative of the company, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, providing technical consultations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

UE Systems is a leading provider of condition monitoring solutions, offering portable ultrasound inspection tools, Acoustic Cameras, and online sensors for continuous monitoring. Our technology products aim to enhance energy conservation, equipment reliability, and maintenance practices.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Lead generation through prospecting and identifying potential customers.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Support the sales team in technical aspects of the sales process.
  2. Technical Expertise and Solution Development:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of condition monitoring systems and their applications.
    • Offer technical consultations to clients, showcasing how our products can solve specific problems or improve operations.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions for clients.
  3. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Conduct live demonstrations of condition monitoring systems to potential clients.
    • Provide training to clients on effective use of the systems.
  4. Customer Support and Relationship Management:
    • Offer post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Build long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  5. Market and Product Analysis:
    • Relay customer feedback and market insights to inform future product improvements.
    • Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product/equipment sales to process and utility industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
Salary and Benefits
