Job Description:

As a seasoned Performance Enhancement Lead, you will spearhead the integration of MarTech and data analytics to drive marketing transformation. This involves developing an end-to-end marketing technology stack, enhancing performance marketing efficiency, and leveraging data insights to fuel growth, customer engagement, and ROI.

Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking professional with 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and data analytics roles. They should possess strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms, as well as expertise in marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling.

The role requires experience working with ML models in marketing contexts, including lead scoring, segmentation, and churn prediction. Additionally, the candidate should have a demonstrated ability to partner with business and tech teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and data analytics roles
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling
