Job Title: Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources function, focusing on strategic initiatives and employee development.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs, fostering a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Talent Management: Identify, develop, and retain key employees, leveraging their skills and expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, measuring and enhancing employee performance across the organization.
  • Organizational Development: Drive organizational growth, performance, and culture through targeted interventions and initiatives.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure effective policy implementation across the organization, upholding best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Capital Strategy & Training: Develop and execute capital strategy, driving employee upskilling and training initiatives to enhance organizational competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Mastery of strategic HR planning, talent management, and performance improvement
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
