We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources expert to spearhead talent acquisition and serve as a key strategic partner.
About the Role:- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and guide managers on performance reviews and goal-setting.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and resolve complex issues fairly and promptly.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources is required, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and HRBP responsibilities. Proven expertise in modern sourcing techniques, employee engagement, and performance management programs is essential.
