About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Strengthen employee relations by effectively addressing grievances and demands.
  • Design and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and productivity.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Evaluate training needs and implement effective training programs.
  • Provide actionable insights to management through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout human resource management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong people skills and results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
