Employee Relations Expertise
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and impartial investigations.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Conduct training needs assessments for employees, identifying areas for development initiatives.
- Support individual development plans based on performance reviews and career goals.
We are seeking an experienced Com Recruitment Specialist who has a strong focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in leading and managing teams, full recruitment life cycle, and modern sourcing techniques.
A successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and analytical skills to drive recruitment process improvements.
