Employee Relations Expertise

  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and impartial investigations.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Recruitment Process Improvement

  • Conduct training needs assessments for employees, identifying areas for development initiatives.
  • Support individual development plans based on performance reviews and career goals.

We are seeking an experienced Com Recruitment Specialist who has a strong focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, with expertise in leading and managing teams, full recruitment life cycle, and modern sourcing techniques.
