Job Description:
CNC Programmers play a pivotal role in driving precision engineering and manufacturing innovation by conceptualizing, generating, and validating Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing CAM programs using advanced software like NX, defining cutting tools and strategies for 3D models, and ensuring seamless process execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CAM programs to achieve maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Validate outputs through tool path simulations, NC code generation, and virtual simulations.
  • Process inputs by validating 3D models against 2D drawings and assembling part geometry in fixtures.
  • Support production by collaborating with process engineers to implement CAM programs on CNC machines.
  • Conduct quality control analysis, implement corrective actions, and iterate as needed.
  • Create setup sheets and work instructions for CNC operators.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NX CAM for B.E. holders or 8 years for Diploma holders.
  • Mandatory skills include GD&T knowledge, CNC machine expertise, and proficiency in NX CAD, cutting tools, and FANUC Controller.

Key Interactions:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Quality, and Engineering, to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers, for discussions and specifications.
