- Provide training and support to brokers on our solutions and value propositions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
