Job Summary


The HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with the leadership team and managers for the Goodyear Technology Center in India to drive a well-thought-out plan.


Key Responsibilities



  • Partner with the Global and Regional HR teams to coordinate key initiatives/programs across the Center.
  • Manage platforms aimed at maintaining consistency in the associate experience and supporting people managers.
  • Provide advice/counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Design, develop, and execute continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with the COEs and other specialist areas of HR to build organizational capability.
  • Drive and manage key HR processes for the Center including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications



  • 12 or more years experience as an HR generalist/manager.
  • Expertise in managing employment framework, compensation, and benefits models.
  • Proven track record in independently leading HR functions, site setup, and ongoing HR management.
  • Experience in setting up / leading or working in a Global Capability Center is a plus.
  • Previous experience in setting up India employment law operating models.
  • Experience working in a Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness capacity.
