The HR Business Partner Specialist is the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers. This role performs a variety of transactional and data activities specific to the human resources function, supporting the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination.

Key Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner Specialist will identify process improvements and take initiative to increase management self-service and employee self-service processes. They will participate in projects regarding implementing new or enhanced policies, ways of working, and system adjustments.

About the Role:

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
