Optimize Production and Supply Chain as a Strategic Planning Specialist

This position plays a pivotal role in optimizing raw material blending and production planning with a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing blend schedules for pet coke feedstock across USA and India, ensuring alignment with shipment schedules. They will also track GPC inventories and CPC production rates, evaluating sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting CPC quality specs.
Additionally, the successful candidate will build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning. Strong collaboration skills are required to work with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field;
- 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries;
- Strong LP modeling and analytical skills;
- SAP and advanced Excel proficiency;
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
