Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced supply chain professional to lead the optimization of our pharmaceutical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual who can proactively manage supply chain activities with a mindset for process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development & Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and internal standards. Ensure operational procedures meet regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing. Reduce SCM costs.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead time, on-time-in-full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support procurement of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with quality assurance, quality control, production, and planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or MBA (with focus on supply chain operations).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analytics platforms (if any).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
