Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of supply chain processes and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement supply chain solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with a focus on demand-signal repositories.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain workflows, data flows, and technical architectures.
  • Proven expertise in design and implementation of supply chain solutions, including workflow automation and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Certifications in Kinaxis Author or Solution Consultant desirable.
