Expert Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

 

We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to craft and deploy cutting-edge supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). This role involves remote work with occasional business travel.

As a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions. You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.

• Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.

• Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.

• Validate and test solutions, capturing user feedback and supporting data management and integration activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are an asset.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and self-direction.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
