Senior Supply Chain Consultant Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Supply Chain Consultant to lead our outsourcing engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain projects.

This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement, with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading solution defense discussions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Due Diligence and Process Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments with customers to build strong business cases for outsourcing.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain service offerings.
  • Solution Defense: Present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions.
  • Transformation Planning: Prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Smooth Handover: Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and provide support during transition to steady state.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
