  • Develop close working relationships with clients to understand their business needs and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications for customized solutions.
  • Present compelling solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client objectives.
  • Craft and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create thorough proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client needs.
  • Provide best practices guidance for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
