Key SCM Specialist

Job Summary:

A highly skilled and experienced Key SCM Specialist is sought to lead our Supply Chain Management operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management, with experience in O9 and/or similar platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Configuration/Coding using O9 platform to optimize production throughout the supply network.
  • Collaborate with Operations to develop and maintain effective Plant Product Wheels to enhance service, working capital, and operating efficiencies.
  • Manage escalated issues and work across functions to drive solutions.
  • Maintain feasible tactical Supply Plans that reflect manufacturing capabilities, link to detailed execution schedules, and adjust for operational dynamics.
  • Make informed production and inventory decisions in collaboration with Strategic Supply Planners, Demand Planning Leads, and Sales Ops Leads.
  • Monitor constraints and work with Operations to develop mitigation plans to align manufacturing and supply capabilities with strategic supply plans and demand.
  • Collect and organize data to support performance measurement; use analysis to make recommendations and drive improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ Years of experience in Supply Planning Business Intelligence capabilities to streamline reporting and reduce manual labor to pull data from different systems.
  • Strong ability to convert large amounts of information into facts to support decision-making processes for Demand, Supply, and Inventory planning.
  • Understand o9 platform's data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various planning use cases.
  • Review and analyze data provided by customers along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies.
