Healthcare Partnership Opportunity

AidNix is a fast-growing healthtech startup based in Jaipur. We aim to simplify healthcare for patients while increasing revenue opportunities for providers.



Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled healthcare partner to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to approach independent doctors, clinics, and small hospitals across Jaipur to onboard them onto our platform.

You will be responsible for getting more patient footfall via online visibility and referral networks, as well as joining our discounted consultation and cashback program. Additionally, you will collect doctor's details, license, clinic timings, and consultation fee, and help list them on the AidNix platform. Your goal will be to ensure first appointment or patient referral is completed for payout.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales and sales management
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (beneficial)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry (a plus)


Benefits:

This role offers fixed salary + commission-based variable pay. You will also have access to easy referrals for labs and home-delivered medicines.



Others:

You must own a smartphone and be willing to do field visits. Additionally, you should be willing to travel and have a bike (preferred).
