At the helm of a dynamic team, our ideal candidate will spearhead strategic partnerships with medical professionals and institutions to drive patient referrals for financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forge robust alliances with healthcare providers to cultivate a steady stream of referrals for our financial services.
  • Mentor and guide a sales team to achieve targets, enhance field effectiveness, and foster professional growth.
  • Craft innovative financing opportunities by identifying patient needs and introducing bespoke payment plans at partner hospitals.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of our services by empowering hospitals and patients to access convenient loan options and zero-cost payment schemes.
  • Establish revenue goals and manage the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide ongoing market insights on customer experience, competitor activity, and product gaps to inform the development of our lending solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2C sales, preferably within the healthcare or startup sectors.
  • Experience in team leadership and target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Previous involvement in medical financing, health-tech, or hospital engagement would be an asset.
