Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our business operations in Tamil Nadu. The primary responsibility will be to identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the medical equipment field, ensuring sales growth, market penetration, and strong channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Distributor Development & Management
- Identify and appoint new distributors, channel partners, and dealers across Tamil Nadu.
- Negotiate distributor agreements, margins, and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance and provide support for achieving sales goals.
2. Sales & Market Growth
- Drive sales of OT tables, OT lights, sterilizers, hospital furniture, and other medical equipment.
- Prepare and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
3. Customer & Channel Support
- Ensure distributors provide timely service, installation, and after-sales support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Conduct product training, marketing activities, and joint sales visits with distributors.
- Resolve escalated issues related to pricing, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Experience: 5-7 years
Salary: 40-60k
