B2B Partnerships Manager Corporate Meals

Mama Health Co. is on a mission to make Food as Medicine a daily habit. We deliver medically tailored, subscription-based meals and are now expanding into corporate meal programs to help companies keep their teams healthy and energized.
Role Overview
We're looking for a go-getter in B2B sales to open and scale partnerships with corporates, co-working spaces, healthcare centers, and large offices. Your role is to drive enterprise meal subscriptions, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify corporate clients (HR, admin, procurement heads) for daily meal subscriptions, wellness lunch programs, and gifting opportunities.
- Leverage your existing B2B and HR network to open doors quickly.
- Solution Selling & Pitches
- Understand client requirements (wellness goals, budgets, employee count) and design customized meal subscription plans.
- Deliver presentations, food trials, and wellness demos.
- Deal Closure & Revenue Growth
- Negotiate contracts, finalize pricing, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Drive repeat orders, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with HR/admin teams.
- Coordinate with operations & nutrition teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and new opportunities in the corporate wellness space.
- Provide feedback to marketing for campaigns and to product teams for menu customization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 25 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in corporate gifting, employee engagement, or food/hospitality solutions.
- Strong network of HR, admin, and procurement decision-makers in Bangalore and other metros.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working with targets.
