Lead HR Generalist

A dynamic and multi-skilled HR professional is required to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process and documentation
Payroll Processing:
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Employee Relations & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
  • Address employee queries and grievances effectively
  • Support employee engagement activities and events
HR Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving documents
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
