Organisational Culture Leader

The Corporate HR Head is responsible for leading the transformation and embedding of the organisation's culture. They champion the company's values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
  • Offer strategic advice on effective employment policies across the business.
  • Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff to increase knowledge and share best practice.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures, and legislation.
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement & welfare activities, maximising productivity, and building leadership capability.
  • Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organisational culture.
  • Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with business strategy.
  • Coach, mentor and support senior colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
  • Ensure managers are skilled and enabled to manage workforce issues effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Ability to create people strategies.
  • Commercial acumen and experience using metrics for driving performance.
  • Pro-active attitude and passion for leading with integrity.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and positive approachable manner.
  • Agile work ethic.
  • Curious mindset to think innovatively and rationally about concerns.
  • Experience managing a skilled team and making quick decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise and problem-solve.
  • First-rate communication and presentation skills.
