Job Title: Chief AI Innovation Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using advanced orchestration frameworks and graph/vector databases.

  • Design scalable GenAI solutions integrating with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using pgvector for vector similarity search and Apache AGE for graph-based reasoning.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
  • Establish patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security across AI workflows and integrations.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Proficiency with Temporal for orchestrating complex workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings with hands-on experience using pgvector.
  • Experience in graph databases ideally Apache AGE for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
  • Cloud platform experience such as Microsoft Azure is a strong plus.
