Job Description:

We are seeking a Transformation Leader to spearhead initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and excellence across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformation initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to assess progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges
  • Cultivate relationships to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Mentor a dynamic team, managing individual performance through regular coaching and development planning
  • Guide stakeholders through transformational change journeys by communicating strategies
  • Anticipate and articulate the impacts of change
  • Serve as a key change agent, championing adoption of innovative practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience, leading high-performing teams
  • 1+ years of transformation experience in people, process, or technology transformation
  • Proven expertise in spearheading people-centric or transformational initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Strong business and technology acumen
  • Organizational agility
