Technical Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience in managing multiple teams and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management
  • Prior experience of leading minimum one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking)
  • Banking project experience is mandatory
  • Familiarity with technology (not a technical expert)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
