Drive Technology Strategy Across Plants and Corporate Functions

We're seeking an experienced IT leader to spearhead digital transformation initiatives, developing and executing a technology strategy aligned with business growth plans.

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Industry 4.0, IoT, process automation, and smart factory solutions across plants and corporate functions.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications (SAP S/4 HANA, HRMS, Robotics IT Systems, MES, SharePoint).
  • Evaluate and ensure cybersecurity, IT compliance, disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative IT solutions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15–20 years of IT leadership experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, and industry standards compliance.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, AWS-SAA, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Auditor.
