Senior Leadership Position: Transformation Expert

This is a high-level leadership role responsible for driving strategic and operational transformation across various business domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the insurance industry.

The successful candidate will lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies, focusing on IT/ITES BPO organizations. They will be responsible for developing and executing multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.

The key areas of focus include:

  • Transformation Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Process Excellence & Operational Control: Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.
  • Platform & Tools Modernization: Overseeing the selection and implementation of core platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce) across regions.
  • Data & Analytics: Building a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement: Identifying and scaling AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.
Requirements
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
